Guide
Campaign logistics move differently from a normal group trip — multiple stops in a day, changing schedules, and a driver who needs to stay flexible.
Campaign and rally transport is one of the more demanding uses of a Coaster bus, because the schedule usually isn't fixed the way a wedding or corporate event is. Stops get added, timing shifts, and the vehicle needs to be available across a long day or a multi-day tour.
Magnetic or vinyl campaign branding can be applied to the exterior for the duration of the hire and removed afterward without affecting the vehicle. Mention this when requesting a quote so we can confirm which units in the fleet are available for wrapping.
Larger core teams and volunteer groups typically move better in a Coaster, while smaller advance teams or media crews often move faster in a Hiace. Many campaigns run both together — see our Coaster vs Hiace comparison for how the two are usually split.
Because campaign schedules shift, we recommend booking with a standing daily rate rather than a single fixed-route quote. Share your expected duration, team size and whether you need multiple vehicles on the quote form and we'll put together a package that can flex with the schedule.
