Booking & Requesting a Quote

12 questions

How do I request a quote?

Fill in the form on the Request a Quote page with your route, dates, headcount and vehicle preference. You can send it straight to WhatsApp for the fastest reply, or submit it by email — either way, you'll hear back the same day.

What information do you need to give me an accurate price?

The pickup and drop-off points, travel date, number of passengers, trip type (one-way, round-trip, multi-day) and whether the trip is within Lagos, intercity or cross-border. The more specific the details, the faster we can confirm a price.

How far in advance should I book?

For standard Lagos trips, a few days is usually enough. For weddings, large events, intercity or cross-border travel, book at least one to two weeks ahead so the right vehicle and driver are reserved.

Can I book a bus for the same day?

Same-day bookings are sometimes possible depending on vehicle availability, but they aren't guaranteed. Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we'll tell you what's free.

Do you confirm bookings by phone, email or WhatsApp?

All three work. WhatsApp tends to get the fastest response since it's our main dispatch line, but email and phone confirmations are just as valid.

Can I get a quote without committing to a booking?

Yes. Requesting a quote doesn't lock you into anything — it's the normal first step before you decide.

How quickly will I hear back after submitting a request?

You should hear back the same day, and often within a couple of hours during business hours.

Can I book more than one vehicle at a time?

Yes. If your group needs more than one bus — for example a Coaster plus a Hiace for luggage or an advance party — mention this in the notes field when requesting a quote.

Do I need to create an account to book?

No account is required. Every booking is handled directly through the quote form, WhatsApp or email.

Can I make a recurring or standing booking, like a weekly staff run?

Yes, recurring bookings for staff shuttles or regular routes can be arranged. Let us know the frequency and schedule so we can quote it as a standing arrangement rather than a one-off trip.

What happens after I submit my quote request?

We review the route, headcount and date, match you to the right vehicle class, and reply with pricing and availability. Once you confirm, the vehicle and driver are locked in for your date.

Can someone else book on my behalf, like a personal assistant or event planner?

Yes. Whoever submits the request just needs the accurate trip details — pickup point, date, headcount and contact information for the day of travel.

Vehicles & Fleet Choice

13 questions

What vehicle classes do you offer?

Five classes: Coaster Bus, Hiace Bus, Sienna, Armoured Hiace and armoured Coaster options, each suited to a different group size or use case.

How many people does a Coaster bus seat?

A Coaster seats 30–33 passengers, making it the default choice for weddings, staff transportation and larger group travel.

How many people does a Hiace bus seat?

A Hiace seats 14–18 passengers — a practical middle option for corporate teams and mid-size groups that don't need a full Coaster.

What is the Sienna best suited for?

The Sienna suits smaller groups — airport runs, family trips and executive transfers where a smaller, faster vehicle makes more sense than a full-size bus.

Which vehicle should I choose for a 20-person group?

A Hiace can be tight at the upper end of that range depending on luggage, so a Coaster is usually the more comfortable option for around 20 people. Tell us your exact headcount and we'll recommend the right fit.

Do all vehicles have air conditioning?

Yes, air conditioning is standard across the Coaster, Hiace and Sienna fleet.

Are the vehicles new or well-maintained?

Vehicles are maintained for reliability on both short Lagos runs and longer intercity and cross-border trips. Ask us for the specific vehicle's condition and documentation when confirming your booking.

Can I see photos of the actual vehicle before booking?

We can share photos of the vehicle class you're booking. If you need photos of the specific unit assigned to your trip, ask when you confirm.

Do you offer self-drive rental?

No. Every rental — Coaster, Hiace, Sienna or armoured — is dispatched with a professional, route-briefed driver. Self-drive is not offered on any vehicle class.

How much luggage space is available on a Coaster?

Coaster buses have space for standard luggage per passenger. If your group is travelling with more than usual — for events, cross-border trips or moving equipment — mention it when requesting a quote so we can confirm space or add a second vehicle.

Can children travel on the bus, and are car seats available?

Children are welcome on all vehicle classes. Car seats for infants and toddlers aren't standard equipment, so if you need one, let us know in advance and we'll confirm whether it can be arranged.

Do the buses have seat belts?

Seat belts are fitted per vehicle specification. If seat belts are a requirement for your trip, confirm the specific vehicle's fittings when you book.

What's the difference between the standard Hiace and the Armoured Hiace?

The Armoured Hiace is fitted with reinforced door and cabin lining for VIP movements, corporate delegations and routes where a hardened vehicle is requested. It seats fewer people than the standard Hiace because of the added protection.

Pricing, Deposits & Payment

13 questions

How is the rental price calculated?

Pricing depends on vehicle class, trip duration, distance and whether the route is within Lagos, intercity or cross-border. Submit a quote request with your specific trip details for an accurate price.

Is the driver's fee included in the quoted price?

Yes. Every quote includes the driver — there's no separate driver fee to negotiate, since self-drive isn't offered.

Are fuel costs included in the price?

Fuel for the quoted route is factored into the price you're given. If your itinerary changes significantly after booking — extra stops, a longer route — let us know so the price can be adjusted fairly.

Do you charge hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rates?

All of these are available. Daily rental is offered alongside weekly and monthly plans, and hourly-style short trips can be quoted for single airport runs or point-to-point transfers.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Short single trips — like an airport run — can be booked without committing to a full day. Tell us the specific trip and we'll quote it accordingly.

Do you require a deposit before confirming a booking?

A deposit or partial payment is typically required to lock in the vehicle and driver for your date, particularly for intercity, cross-border or high-demand periods. Confirm the exact terms when you receive your quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment details are confirmed at the quoting stage. Ask your contact for the accepted payment methods for your specific booking.

Is payment required in full before the trip, or can I pay on arrival?

This depends on the trip type — payment terms are agreed as part of confirming your booking. Longer or higher-value trips such as intercity and cross-border charters more commonly require payment ahead of the travel date.

Do prices change for weekends, holidays or peak periods?

Demand during weekends, holidays and peak event seasons can affect vehicle availability and pricing. Booking early for these periods is the best way to lock in your rate.

Is VAT or any tax added to the quoted price?

Confirm this directly with your quote — tax treatment is addressed at the point pricing is issued for your specific trip.

Will I get a receipt or invoice for the payment?

Yes, a receipt or invoice can be provided for your records. Let us know if you need it formatted for expense reimbursement or corporate accounting.

Do you offer discounts for long-term or repeat bookings?

Recurring bookings, such as regular staff shuttles or repeat corporate contracts, can be quoted with terms that reflect the ongoing relationship. Mention this when requesting a quote.

Are toll fees on intercity routes included in the price?

Toll fees for known routes, such as the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, are factored into intercity quotes. Confirm this is included when you receive your price.

Drivers, Licensing & Safety

13 questions

Are your drivers experienced and briefed for the trip?

Yes. Every driver is experienced and route-briefed, and drivers assigned to armoured or VIP vehicles receive additional briefing specific to those movements.

Do drivers know the route before pickup, or do I need to guide them?

Drivers are briefed on the route before pickup. For less common addresses or gated estates, sharing a pin location in advance helps the driver arrive without delay.

Can I request the same driver for a return trip or recurring bookings?

For recurring bookings, we try to keep the same driver assigned where possible, since it helps with familiarity on the route. This isn't guaranteed for every one-off booking.

What happens if the assigned driver is unavailable on the day?

A qualified replacement driver is assigned so the trip isn't affected. You'll be informed of any change ahead of pickup.

Do drivers speak English?

Yes, drivers communicate in English. If a specific language is needed for your group, mention it when requesting a quote.

Are drivers trained for long-distance or overnight intercity trips?

Yes, drivers assigned to intercity and cross-border routes such as Lagos–Abuja are experienced with those specific roads, including known slow points and rest stops.

Does the driver stay with the vehicle for the full day, or is it a fixed number of hours?

This depends on how the trip is booked — full-day, multi-day or a fixed-hour transfer. Confirm the driver's hours as part of your quote so there's no ambiguity on the day.

What if the driver needs to take a break during a long trip?

On long intercity routes, drivers plan reasonable rest stops as part of the journey. This is factored into the estimated travel time given for routes like Lagos–Abuja.

Is the vehicle insured?

Ask us for the specific vehicle's insurance documentation when confirming your booking, particularly for intercity, cross-border or high-value corporate trips.

What safety measures are in place for night travel?

Drivers assigned to night or early-morning departures are experienced with those conditions. If your trip involves night travel, mention this when booking so timing and driver assignment account for it.

Can I speak to the driver directly before the trip?

In most cases, driver contact details or a coordination call can be arranged closer to the pickup date, once the vehicle and driver are confirmed.

What happens in the case of a breakdown or accident?

A backup plan for vehicle issues is handled by our dispatch team to keep disruption to a minimum. For the specific procedures that apply to your trip, particularly on intercity or cross-border routes, confirm with your contact when booking.

Are drivers trained in first aid?

Confirm this directly with us for your specific booking, especially for larger group trips or extended intercity travel where it may be a relevant consideration.
