Guide
Getting a group to a concert or festival is usually less about the vehicle and more about parking, entry timing and getting everyone home afterward.
Large events in Lagos — concerts, festivals, detty december shows, stadium events — come with two transport problems most people don't think about until the day: where the bus parks, and how the group finds each other again when it's time to leave. Getting a group there together solves most of it.
For a group of six or more, one Hiace or Coaster is almost always simpler than several cars — no convoy to keep together in traffic, no separate parking spots to find, and nobody stuck waiting on someone else to leave. It also means one person isn't stuck being the designated driver for the night.
Big events mean queues at the gate and security checks that can take longer than expected. Build that into the arrival time rather than timing the bus to arrive right as doors open — a 30–45 minute buffer before the advertised start avoids missing the opening act or main event.
The two decisions that matter most are the pickup point and whether the bus waits or returns — settle those before the day, not during it.
If you're organising transport for an event series, artist tour, or as part of event logistics, a standing arrangement across multiple dates is usually more practical than booking fresh each time — it also means the same driver becomes familiar with your usual pickup points and venues.
Tell us the event, venue, group size and whether you need drop-off only or a wait-and-return, through the quote form, and we'll put together a price and vehicle recommendation.
