Bus Rental for Secondary School Graduation & Prom Trips in Lagos

Graduation day and prom night both need a school's transport plan to hold up under a schedule set by ceremony and parents, not the school alone.

Secondary school graduation ceremonies and prom nights are two different transport jobs booked around the same time of year — a daytime ceremony with families involved, and an evening event where safety and a firm return time matter most.

How this differs from university convocation

Our convocation and matriculation guide covers university-level ceremonies. Secondary school events usually involve a school directly coordinating the booking, a defined student list, and — for prom especially — a much stricter expectation around supervision and return timing than an adult university ceremony.

What to plan for

  • School as the booking contact — most bookings are made by the school administration rather than individual parents, with a clear student manifest.
  • A firm return time for prom — parents expect students back at a specific hour; we treat this as a fixed pickup, not a flexible one.
  • Staff or chaperone seats — include teachers or chaperones travelling with the group in your headcount.
  • Outfit and decoration transport — prom often involves outfits, decorations or gifts travelling with the group; mention any extra items when booking.

End-of-term and excursion trips

For other school trips outside graduation season, our church and school group travel guide and excursion and field trip guide cover related planning.
