What to plan for

• Departmental booking — bookings are usually made by a department, faculty office or student association rather than individual students, so confirm who the invoice and contact should go to.
• Wait time at the site — most excursions need the bus to remain at the destination for the full visit rather than a simple drop-and-return; mention this when requesting a quote.

• Multiple pickup points — if students are gathering at a hostel and staff at a separate office, we can plan a short combined run before heading to the site.
